Loved the service and expertise from Nate, the rep that came to my home. He went above and beyond and even replaced three screws that were missing from the frame of the windshield. And had the patience and kindness to educate me along the way. I've used several glass companies before and this one exceeds them all in all areas. My only complaint would be the "cackle" at the end of the commercial that plays on the radio. (Although, after making a call to the office about said commercial, I heard it on the radio today and the cackle was eliminated.) Now that's service!! And the incentives were as excellent as the service!! Thank you Mountain Mobile!!
I am an Insurance Broker in Heber/Overgaard and am referring my clients all the time for glass repairs,so I wanted to review Mt Mobile Auto Glass as a company to potentially refer my clients to. Kevin Kerr, General Manager came to my home and not only replaced my windshield but replaced the molding as well. During this process he noticed rust damage in the windshield frame so he used a factory paint product on the affected areas before replacing the glass. I have never heard a glass company going to this extreme before. I was very pleased with the courtesy, professionalism and honesty he showed to me. I will refer my clients to Mt. Mobile.
