Got 4 new tires. They didn't have what I needed in stock so I had to come back the next day. It took them an hour to do 2 tires. Call and make sure they have what you need in stock. Great service.
Haralson Tire used to excellent, Steve would always make great deals and kept me coming back. I've tried several times in past year to give them business since they sent up they new guy (and I won't mention Bills name) I have lost faith in there business with repairs and tires. They are now over priced and there work is poor. Sad
Worst tire store Ive ever been to. I ordered 2 new tires for my mom's car 2 weeks in advance and when we arrived on the schedule d day they said that they sold 1 of the tires and that we would have to wait until the truck arrived which would be in about 2 hours.very rude to do that but oh well. They finally brought my mom's car in so I decided to leave because I figured my mom could handle it from here.apparently they took all 4 tires off and my mom said no I'm only getting new front tires because the back tires are already like new (which they were)so make sure you put the same ones back on the back. Well,they put new ones on the front and only 1 of the original almost new ones on the back and one of the bald one's from the front onto the back. We didn't realize this until she got home, I called haralson's and told them what they did. They said come back to there from overgaard and we'll put your good tire back on the back. So my mom drove all the way back there for them to tell her that they didn't have her tire and couldn't do anything about it. Haralson's lost one of my mom's tires and didn't even offer to replace it. They are the worst tire store Ive ever seen in my life, don't go there, my mother had to go to another tire store and spend $95 for a new tire that haralson's lost.
My low pressure notification popped up and these great guys immediately filled my tires with air. No fuss and no charge. Very impressed.
Steve and the crew here are top notch! I wish more businesses were like this one. They really take care of you before , during, and after the sale.10 stars!!!
