Service was quick, ice cream slush & cheddar peppers were great!! Just wish ice cream slushes were included in 1/2 off drinks

It's fast food, basic burgers . Fries drinks. Good frozen slush"s plus 1/2price drinks certain times of day
I ordered a strawberry pineapple drink with two corn dogs. I started drinking my slushy that was only strawberry. I take another drink and I get something chewy and hard like coconut. It was a different texture than the ice or pieces of strawberry I ate before. I took the piece out of my mouth to see why it was so different. It was a piece of skin. I thought maybe it was a piece of an old or rotten pineapple until I looked at it closely. It had the grooves of the fingerprint. Thouroughly disgusted, I took the drink to the shift manager to confirm what it was. She agreed it was a piece of skin. She told me she would refund the drink if I had the receipt but I didn't. I grabbed the receipt from the car and told her I didn't care about the refund. I have a 5 month old baby I am still strictly breast feeding and it made me worried that I saw there was still blood on the piece of skin. I was afraid of getting sick or yet my baby getting sick. I asked for a number to corporate so I could report the incident. She refused to help me and tried to give me the wrong number to contact someone responsible for filing the incident reports. After getting extremely upset, she gave me the number to the manager and took the drink inside. When asked about the piece I showed her (she agreed it was skin) she denied knowing about it. The owner believed what I was saying and apologized after telling me that he guaranteed it was pineapple. Unfortunately, there was no pineapple in the drink even though I ordered it and I am very aware of the difference between a piece of pineapple and a piece of skin. I am mortified by the way business was handled and what I found in my drink. I will never eat or drink there again. Be careful to those that do eat/drink there. When you find something unusual in your order make sure to keep the evidence instead of management trying to cover it up to stay out of trouble.
This place was packed and super busy during happy hour, but we still only waited 3 or 4 minutes for our drinks.
